This rocky road dessert is a very rich dessert, but so worth the extra calories. Great with a rich cup of your favorite coffee
Rocky Road Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
1- 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
4 Tbsp of sugar
2 Tbsp of water
Melt together the above
Beat in 4 egg yolks
Directions
Meanwhile…beat 4 egg whites till stiff,
Fold into egg yolk mixture.
Beat one pint of whipped cream,
and fold into chocolate mixture.
Bake or buy an angel food cake and Pick into pieces.
Fold into Chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate 2-4 hours
