This is a super-easy Christmas recipe. Takes 10-15 minutes from start to finish. It’s a family favorite at our house. You can just change the flavor of ice cream all during the year. My other favorite is pistachio.
PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM PIE
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 12oz package of chocolate chips
Directions:
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips
- Add the rice krispies and mix well
- Put into a well-greased pie pan and press down like a crust
- Fill with peppermint ice cream
- Grate pieces of a chocolate candy bar on top
- Freeze for 2 hours before serving
