This is a super-easy Christmas recipe. Takes 10-15 minutes from start to finish. It’s a family favorite at our house. You can just change the flavor of ice cream all during the year. My other favorite is pistachio.

PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM PIE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 12oz package of chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate chips
  2. Add the rice krispies and mix well
  3. Put into a well-greased pie pan and press down like a crust
  4. Fill with peppermint ice cream
  5. Grate pieces of a chocolate candy bar on top
  6. Freeze for 2 hours before serving
